2024 acquisitions include:
KioWare (York, PA): A provider of kiosking software designed to secure and monitor kiosks and kiosk-like devices.
TeamKeeper (Houston, TX): A web-based timekeeping and leave management solution for government, education, and non-profit organizations.
Edison Virtual Learning (Pittsburgh, PA): A K-12 virtual education provider offering academy programs, digital curriculum solutions, and course development tools.
Harris Learning Solutions (formerly VLI; Toronto, ON): A platform delivering assessment solutions and educational resources to post-secondary institutions in North America and the UK.
Altai Systems: An association management system provider, marking FrontLine's entry into the associations vertical.
EmpowerSIS: A student information system (SIS) solution supporting small colleges and universities globally.
